Shipping Policy

The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep three business days after receipt of your order. Otherwise, we need 2-4 business days to process an order. You will receive an email upon order processing and we will send you an email once the product has been shipped with an estimated delivery date based on the shipping method you chose.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to 200+ countries via USPS. We strictly follow national and international regulations regarding the sale and shipment of products that are considered prohibited by any law within the U.S. and abroad. Should you order a product that is prohibited in your country, we will notify you by e-mail.

What are the shipping costs for my international shipment?

All standard shipping is U$19.95 for delivery anywhere out of the continental U.S.

For shipments in the continental U.S.: If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order immediately, then send your backordered item when it becomes available at no additional shipping charge. 

Return Policy

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:

• You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

• All return merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt.

• The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card, less the original shipping charges.

Shopping Cart

The Vitaquality Shopping Cart was designed to protect your privacy, accuracy of your order and security. We are a Comodo Secure Site, which means your confidential information is also protected.

Adding Items to the Shopping Cart

To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

Changing Quantities

If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product.

Checking out

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. It's that easy!

Vitaquality.com respects the privacy of each and every customer and visitor of our site.

We never disclose personal information about individual medical conditions or interests. We do disclose aggregate information that does not identify individuals to partners, advertisers and other third parties. From time to time, customers that have expressly given us permission to share their contact information are shared with other reputable organizations that we feel may be of interest to them. Vitaquality also uses information gathered on our site for promoting our own products and services. Customers may "opt-out" of receiving any of these mailings.
